A Management Information (MI) and Analytics Leader, Berkeley has significant expertise in leading complex analytical and regulatory projects and a wealth of experience across IT and business solutions and digital conversion program delivery, operations, building, and embedding.
In his new role at McLarens, Berkeley will oversee a team of data professionals and lead the development and implementation of the firm’s strategy on championing data capture, processing, and delivery and the global data-driven decision culture.
He will cover everything from data governance and quality to analysis and visualization, including the development of the firm’s predictive analytics modeling capabilities.
Working with McLaren’s One, the firm’s end-to-end global claims platform, the Berkeley team will innovate and facilitate the provision of global data sets and dashboarding, data mining, predictive modeling and assisting insurance providers and broker clients.
