International insurance brokers Howden A Bermuda-based independent insurance and reinsurance broker forum brokerage has announced the acquisition. Howden said the acquisition reaffirmed its commitment to the Bermudian market and offered clients access to an expert team made up entirely of Bermudian citizens.

The forum provides brokerage services specifically on casualty, power, professional lines, construction, product withdrawal, property and healthcare lines, primarily requiring U.S. Fortune 100 customers to enter the Bermudian market.
